Carol Porta {photography}
I was born and raised in Guatemala, Central America. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I fell in love with photography when I took a couple of courses throughout my Associates Degree in Interactive Media Design at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale (FL). After graduating in 2005, I got a job shooting virtual tours for hotels and resorts in the US, Mexico and the Caribbean. It was my dream job until I had my first son. We now have two beautiful boys, who added life to my camera and photography journey. I am an on location lifestyle photographer with a fresh, simple and a modern twist. Sessions take place in natural settings like local parks, beach and downtown areas. I serve Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. I photograph portraits for maternity, newborns, kids, seniors, engagements, families, weddings, events, still and panoramic photography.

A couple of weeks ago, I had the opportunity to photograph my first wedding since we moved back to Florida. For the first time we offered a photo booth station and it was a blast! Thanks Justin and Wendy for letting Johnny and I be part of your big day!
